It contains xanthan gum, which makes the thickener resistant to salivary amylase, ensuring safe swallowing. Its neutral flavour and aroma does not affect the quality of foods or drinks that maintain their normal appearance. Gluten free, suitable for patients with gluten intolerance (celiac disease).
